Landon and Emily met while going to university in Logan, Utah. They both worked at the front desk of hotels owned by the same people. During the summer Landon decided to get extra hours by doing maintenance work at the property Emily worked at. One night she needed help and called whoever was on-call. She remembers an attractive man walking into the lobby and was surprised when he grabbed a set of keys from behind the front desk. After he finished his work order he stuck around and talked with Emily. After that night Landon would come spend the evenings he was on-call with Emily at the hotel. After several months of dating Emily felt like she needed to move back to St George and broke up with Landon. They reconnected the next summer and began dating once again. They say that it was like no time had passed at all! Landon proposed to Emily on a wintery night outside the Logan Temple.
I have never met two people who are more suited for each other. They have the same sense of humor (ask them what they gave each other for their Christmas gifts while they were dating… if that wasn’t a sign of soul mates I don’t know what is!) They love to be together and rely on each other.
When we came up with a vintage concept for some engagement photos I was thrilled! Emily had this beautiful mink fur coat that was her Great Grandmother’s. Her wedding had this same vintage theme. Teacups, old books, lace, flowers, it was beautiful! We had fun and were lucky there were some spring blossoms starting to peek out. Love you guys!
